The Environmental Protection Agency is using its new program to lure some of the world’s best natural scenery artists to the Washington area.
Under the program, which opens Friday, visitors will be able to download an iPhone app that will guide them through the “buzzy” journey of natural scenery.
The app will then automatically recommend a location to stay in and a hotel near that location.
Visitors can also download the “Garden of the Flowers” app, which includes images of plants, trees and other natural landscapes.
The Garden of the Flies app will be available in early October, said Karen Koehler, director of the EPA’s Office of Natural Resources Conservation.
